1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "atm4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the atm4d online betting platform operated at https://atm4d.cam and its associated services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the atm4d platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the atm4d platform through which you access betting and gaming services.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (traditional numbers lottery), and other gambling entertainment products offered through the atm4d platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered by atm4d.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback, or other promotional incentives provided by atm4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use atm4d services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. atm4d strictly enforces this age requirement in accordance with Indonesian regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP/Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable Indonesian law, regulation, or court order.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either through atm4d or any other platform.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To create an atm4d account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting clear photographs or scans of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP for facial recognition verification.
• Maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts (referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify atm4d customer support immediately.

atm4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

atm4d accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from a financial account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP accounts)
• Processing time: Typically under 2 minutes for bank transfers during business hours, under 1 minute for e-wallet transfers

atm4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or charges which are your sole responsibility. Deposits appear in your account balance once our payment processor confirms receipt of funds. In rare cases where deposit confirmation is delayed, contact customer support with your transaction receipt.

3.3 Deposit Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider, atm4d will immediately suspend your account and initiate an investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action to recover losses including legal fees.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must meet all of the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through our KYC process with all required documentation approved.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000.
• If you have claimed any bonus, you must complete all associated wagering requirements before withdrawing. Attempting to withdraw while bonus wagering remains incomplete will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to an Indonesian bank account registered in your own legal name matching your atm4d account registration details.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 500,000,000 (cumulative across all transactions)
• Standard processing time: 5-30 minutes during WIB business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00)
• After-hours processing time: Up to 2 hours for requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends
• Large withdrawal processing time: Up to 24 hours for amounts exceeding Rp 20,000,000, subject to enhanced security review

atm4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer fees which are deducted from the transferred amount by your bank, not by atm4d.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification and Security

atm4d employs comprehensive fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures. We reserve the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds documentation, additional identity verification, video verification calls, or other enhanced due diligence measures. Large or unusual withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced security reviews requiring up to 72 hours for completion.

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed through atm4d are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn. You are responsible for verifying all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirmation.
• atm4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly bets that appear to exploit errors in odds, game malfunctions, or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets. Sports betting maximum payout: Rp 500,000,000 per bet or bet combination. Casino/slot maximum payout: As specified in individual game rules, typically Rp 1,000,000,000 for progressive jackpots.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or game outcomes, atm4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples include odds displayed as 1.01 when clearly intended to be 10.1, or incorrect scores published due to data feed errors.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body or official data provider. For BRI Liga 1, Premier League, La Liga, and other football competitions, results are confirmed once the match referee's final whistle is recognized by the official league. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are typically voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is voided, that selection is removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated based on remaining selections.

5.3 Casino and Slot Rules

Live casino games are governed by the standard rules of each game as published by the software provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi). In case of disputes regarding game outcomes or dealer errors, the video recording maintained by the software provider serves as the definitive record.

Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested by accredited gaming laboratories. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game manufacturer and cannot be altered by atm4d.

5.4 Togel Betting Rules

Togel (traditional lottery betting) results are based on official draws published by Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other licensed lottery operators. Draw results are final once officially published by the operator. atm4d is not responsible for delays in result publication caused by the lottery operators.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and potential account closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences between atm4d and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other users to meet wagering requirements, or any other manipulation of promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, casino games, or sports betting to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting tools: Employing bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious errors in odds, game malfunctions, or system vulnerabilities.
• Insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public information that provides unfair advantage, particularly in sports betting.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

atm4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Indonesian players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and special promotional campaigns. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the atm4d website at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet eligibility requirements specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Prevention

atm4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, reversal of winnings, and account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

atm4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among Indonesian players. We provide comprehensive tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds that automatically restrict betting when reached.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play duration with automatic logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or lifetime. During self-exclusion, login is blocked and promotional communications are stopped.

8. Account Closure and Dormancy

You may close your atm4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable fees or bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered bank account within 7 business days.

atm4d reserves the right to close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within reasonable timeframes
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward atm4d staff or other players
• Extended periods of account inactivity (dormancy)

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 deducted from the account balance until reactivation or balance depletion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the atm4d platform including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds compilation methods, and proprietary systems are owned by atm4d or licensed from third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the atm4d platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software
• Use automated scraping tools to collect odds, results, or other data
• Utilize atm4d trademarks, branding, or intellectual property for any purpose without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

atm4d provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service and error-free operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, outages, or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• atm4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of atm4d services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• atm4d is not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment processor failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless atm4d, its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which atm4d operates under its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of atm4d services should first be directed to our customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If internal dispute resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on all parties.

12. Amendments to Terms

atm4d reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and prominently displayed on the platform. Continued use of atm4d services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
